Yesi Ortis Talks Life and Hollywood

Radio powerhouse Yesi Ortiz sat down with me for Hollywood Live with Tanya Hart on AURN.com to discuss life challenges and navigating the broadcasting industry in Hollywood.

The Former Power 106 DJ known as “The Queen of LA” and “The First Lady of Power” is a sixteen-year industry vet and was known as “The Voice of LA on Los Angeles’ Power 106” for the past decade. She is also a Top Talker on the CBS morning show The Talk and appeared on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.

We discussed career challenges and adopting and raising her sister’s six children on her own at the age of 24.

Yesi Ortis is currently working on a television drama series with the E! Network, which will be loosely based on her real life story raising six adopted children and her rise to success in broadcasting.
