36th Annual Caucus Awards

It was a fabulous night! The Caucus for Producers, Writers & Directors’ 36th Annual Caucus Awards Dinner was held at The Skirball Cultural Center to a full house of Hollywood’s elite.

Among the star-studded winners was Joseph “Rev. Run” and Justine Simmons for their Netflix, OWN, MTV, HGTV, Travel and Cooking Channel TV Shows. Watch the dynamic duo perform an old school rap during their acceptance speech.

My Co-chairs, Robert Papazian along with Executive Producer Chuck Fries, Vice Chairs and Producers Vin Di Bona, Dennis Doty and Jim Hirsh, and Executive Director Deborah Leoni produced an entertaining and memorable awards show.

In addition to its professional membership, The Caucus is proud of its non-profit work through The Caucus Foundation. Established in 2000 to help launch the careers of future entertainment professionals in film, television and emerging media; The Foundation provides completion grants to student thesis productions from accredited universities and colleges. To date, The Caucus Foundation Grant Program has given over $1.8 million dollars in cash and in-kind awards.
